At Federal credit Corp, we realize that the common practices of the credit industry have led to an
enormous amount of delinquent accounts, or "bad debt." To provide the best service to both the
creditors and debtors, we have developed, and continue to refine and improve, our own unique
collection program. We strive to give personal attention to each account, and our ability to
successfully collect legitimate debts reflects our commitment to the aggressive application of our
collection tools while respecting the dignity of those debtors who genuinely desire to pay their
